Delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders within the UAE.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within 24 hours inside the UAE, and up to 3 business days in some areas.

Payment

How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay through our secure payment page.

Can I check my order before paying?
Yes. With cash on delivery you can inspect your order before you pay.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Accepted cases: wrong size, defective product, or incorrect item delivered.

Is there a return fee?
The customer pays a return shipping fee of AED 25.

When will I get my refund?
Within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item, via the original payment method or by bank transfer. Read the full refund policy.

Sizes

How do I choose my size?
Measure your foot in centimeters and compare it with our size guide. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
